Substitute (Academic Support)

Bayaan Academy is dedicated to providing high-quality online education to students around the world. We’re looking for enthusiastic substitute teachers who can step in when regular teachers are unavailable. Please specify in your cover letter which department(s) you prefer to work in: Math, Science, English or Social Studies.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging lessons using provided materials.
2. Manage online classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
3. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
4. Assist students with technology and course content.
5. Uphold school policies and promote a positive online classroom culture.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Associates degree in Education or related field. Bachelor Degree preferred.
2. Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
