Job Overview:

Bayaan Academy is seeking an experienced and visionary School Leader who will lead our online school in its next phase of growth. The School Leader will be responsible for ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards of academic and Islamic excellence. This individual will lead a team of dedicated educators, foster a positive learning environment, and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership to uphold and enhance the school’s mission and vision.
  2. Oversee the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the school.
  3. Lead curriculum development that integrates Islamic studies with academic excellence.
  4. Supervise and support teachers to ensure effective online instruction and student engagement.
  5. Maintain and promote a positive, supportive, and inclusive school culture rooted in Islamic values.
  6. Foster strong communication and relationships with parents, staff, and students.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards, policies, and regulations.
  8. Develop and implement school policies, programs, and initiatives for continuous improvement.
  9. Evaluate and improve the performance of the school through data-driven decision-making.
  10. Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and parents to meet the needs of students in an online learning environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
  2. Three years experience in educational management and managing large online teams.
  3. Three years teaching experience and a strong understanding of online education.
  4. Must have strong Islamic knowledge and educational pedagogy.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of educational technology, online learning platforms, and emerging trends in education.
