Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented and driven School Marketer to join our team and help us promote our school's programs, values, and vision to attract and engage students, parents, and the community.
Job Summary: The School Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that effectively promote the school’s brand, attract prospective students, and engage with current students and parents. This role involves creating digital and traditional marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and collaborating with various stakeholders to increase the school's visibility and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote the school’s programs, events, and achievements.
- Identify target audiences and create personalized marketing campaigns to reach prospective students and parents.
- Monitor and analyze marketing trends to refine strategies and optimize results.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for digital and print marketing, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, social media posts, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the school staff to gather information and stories that highlight the achievements and activities of students and the institution.
- Manage the creation of promotional videos and photo content that showcase the school’s culture and values.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
- Manage the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Track and report on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Event Promotion & Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate marketing efforts for school events, open houses, and admissions activities.
- Promote events to attract prospective students and engage with the local community.
- Assist in organizing school events to ensure that marketing materials and branding are effectively showcased.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the school's brand identity and guidelines.
- Develop strategies to enhance the school's reputation and establish a positive image in the community.
- Partnerships & Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, media outlets, and community leaders to create awareness about the school.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships that can increase the school's visibility and student enrollment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or similar fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in WordPress
