About the Role
This role is for a creative and organized individual to support our school's efforts in integrating AI into education. This part-time role focuses on helping us create short AI-generated class
summary videos, finding fun and useful AI educational tools for students, supporting teachers through training sessions on AI, and enhancing our school website with engaging educational
features.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Creation Coordination
● Plan and organize AI-powered class summary videos for Grades 6-12
● Work with the curriculum team to list topics and get them approved.
● Use AI video tools for video and audio creation.
● Manage and assign tasks to the video creation team.
● Ensure videos are clear, age-appropriate, and match the curriculum.
Research and Support
● Conduct professional development sessions for teachers on the use of AI in education.
● Research video/ audio editing AI tools for video scripts, video and audio creation.
● Research educational AI tools that teachers and students can use to improve learning.
● Try out new apps, games, and teaching tools suitable for integration.
Website and Student Engagement
● Suggest improvements to the school website.
● Help design or find code integration for games, quizzes, and activities in the school
platform to enhance the learning experience for students.
