Job Overview:

This position requires a strong understanding of the diverse educational and religious needs of families. The Admissions Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and guiding potential students and their families through the admissions process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inquiry Response:
  2. Answer phone calls and emails from prospective families about our programs, curriculum, admission requirements, and other services.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information about the school’s mission, values, and educational offerings.
  4. Admissions Guidance:
  5. Guide prospective families through the admissions process, explaining application procedures, deadlines, and required documentation.
  6. Assist with the completion of application forms and ensure all necessary information is collected.
  7. Information Sessions:
  8. Conduct virtual information sessions for interested parents and students, showcasing the features and benefits of our online Islamic school. 
  9. Address questions related to curriculum, extracurricular activities, and any other aspects of the educational experience.
  10. Collaboration with School Departments:
  11. Coordinate with other school departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to student admissions.
  12. Event Participation:
  13. Represent the school at virtual and/or onsite events, webinars, and online fairs to attract prospective students and promote the school’s unique offerings.
  14. Admissions Reporting:
  15. Prepare regular reports on inquiry and admission statistics for school administration.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited American university
  2. Previous experience as a teacher highly desired
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  5. Knowledge of the school’s programs and services, as well as the ability to articulate its mission and values.
  6. Proficient in using communication tools and virtual platforms.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
